Welcome to Q&M Horizons. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our psychological services and website. By accessing our services, we assume you accept these terms in full. Do not continue to use Q&M Horizons' services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Clinical Services
Q&M Horizons provides professional psychological assessments, including Adult Autism Diagnostic Assessments, and individual therapy. All services are delivered by qualified clinical staff adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Initial consultations for autism assessments are booked through our online system at a fixed fee of £180. Full assessments are currently offered at a promotional rate of £1,500, provided the consultation is booked by 31 December 2026. Therapy enquiries are handled via our secure enquiry forms.
3. Fees & Payments
Payments for consultations are required at the time of booking. For full assessments, the remaining balance is payable separately following the initial consultation. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing, though confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
4. Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
5. Confidentiality
Your privacy is paramount. We handle all personal and clinical data in strict accordance with GDPR and professional confidentiality standards. By using our services, you consent to our data processing practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
