Staff Support & Clinical Supervision

Q&M Horizons provides psychological support and professional supervision for individuals, teams and organisations.

Drawing on extensive experience across clinical, community and organisational settings, we offer a collaborative and compassionate approach that recognises the challenges faced by those working in demanding environments.

Neurodiversity in the Workplace

We support organisations in creating more inclusive and neuro-affirming working environments.

This includes helping neurodivergent employees, including autistic people and those with ADHD, understand and communicate their needs, navigate workplace challenges and identify adjustments that support their wellbeing and effectiveness at work.

We also work with managers and teams to develop a better understanding of neurodivergence, recognise individual strengths and support needs, and consider practical approaches to communication, working arrangements and reasonable adjustments.

Our Services

Staff Support & Wellbeing

We work with charities, not-for-profit organisations and businesses to support staff wellbeing and help individuals and teams navigate the psychological demands of their work.

Our support can focus on workplace stress, burnout, emotional wellbeing, managing change and the impact of working in demanding or emotionally challenging environments.

We recognise that workplace wellbeing is influenced by both individual experiences and the wider working environment. Our approach is collaborative and tailored to the needs of the organisation and its staff.

Clinical Supervision

We offer clinical supervision informed by extensive experience working with children, young people and adults presenting with a wide range of complex psychological, neurodevelopmental and mental health difficulties.

Our approach draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, systemic thinking and neuro-affirming frameworks. This allows us to tailor supervision to individual clinicians' needs, professional backgrounds and therapeutic approaches.

Our clinical experience spans diverse and often challenging settings, including NHS services, specialist autism assessment teams, private practice, educational settings and multidisciplinary environments.

We provide a reflective, supportive and professionally rigorous space where clinicians can strengthen their clinical confidence, develop formulation skills, explore complex presentations and support ethical, effective practice.
